Add quick and full cloud based scan of the computer

VoodooShield should be able to do a quick and full cloud based scan of the computer, for users who want to check if they were already infected at the moment they installed VoodooShield or if they got infected when they had to temporarily disable VoodooShield for whatever reason. SecureAPlus (another whitelisting-based antimalware) has this function and also suggests doing a first full cloud based scan of the computer immediately after it is installed.
